Below are the forms and information needed to utilize our programs and services as well as to report grades to us. Families that have purchased paper course plans during course enrollment will receive these forms in the mail. All families have access to this information in their account.

Parents of enrolled students submit grades for parent-taught courses using their account. Please see our for more guidance on the grade reporting process.
Course of Study
Your student 海角原创 鈥檚 initial course of study is submitted on the student 海角原创 鈥檚 course registration form. If you would like to add, drop, or change any of your courses, please use our course change request form located on the .
Attendance Record
海角原创 recommends joining the Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA). 聽HSLDA 海角原创 鈥檚 primary goal is to bring together a large number of homeschooling families so that each can have a low-cost method of obtaining quality legal defense.
Students will need Kolbe 海角原创 鈥檚 CEEB code when registering for standardized tests. 聽Students may also choose to enroll using the standard homeschool code. 聽When registering for the PSAT, Kolbe suggests using the homeschool code so that students will be put in the running for the National Merit Scholarship program through their own state instead of through California where Kolbe is based.
